Idle Immunity Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Idle Immunity handles user and device data. Idle Immunity is a game for entertainment and is not medical advice.

Data We Collect

Idle Immunity may collect or process the following data when you use optional online features:

• Platform sign-in data, such as your Google or Apple account identifier, display name, and email address when provided by the platform.
• Game progress and cloud save data that you choose to sync with the backend.
• Purchase and entitlement data, such as product IDs, order IDs, purchase tokens, and verification results for in-app purchases.
• Error reports submitted through the app, including support code, app version, platform, device model, install ID, endpoint, error detail, and any notes you enter.
• Device and app information needed to operate the game, diagnose problems, and prevent abuse.

Third-Party Services

Idle Immunity uses platform and service providers to operate core features:

• Google Play Games / Google Sign-In for account sign-in on Android.
• Google Play Billing for in-app purchases and purchase restoration.
• Google Mobile Ads for rewarded ads. Google may process device identifiers, IP address, ad interactions, and related data according to Google's policies.
• Apple Game Center and App Store services may be used on Apple platforms.
• Cloud hosting and database providers are used to store backend account, cloud save, purchase, and support data.

How We Use Data

We use data to:

• Sign you in and keep your game account linked to your platform account.
• Sync cloud saves and restore purchases across devices.
• Verify purchases before granting entitlements or currency rewards.
• Provide rewarded ads and ad-removal entitlements.
• Investigate crashes, errors, fraud, abuse, or support requests.
• Maintain, secure, and improve the game and backend services.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Data may be shared with service providers only as needed to operate the game, provide platform sign-in, process purchases, serve rewarded ads, host backend systems, comply with law, or protect the game and users from abuse.

Security

Data sent between the app and backend is transmitted over HTTPS. Purchase verification is performed server-side. Session tokens are stored hashed on the backend where applicable.

Retention and Deletion

Account links, cloud saves, purchase entitlements, and support reports are retained while needed to provide game features, restore purchases, prevent duplicate grants, handle support, and meet legal or operational requirements. You can request deletion of your Idle Immunity backend account data by using the public deletion request page: https://idle-immunity-api-5fnruds3ba-as.a.run.app/delete-data. Some purchase records may be retained where necessary for accounting, fraud prevention, entitlement history, or legal compliance.

Children

Idle Immunity is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us through the support link below.
